The Collection Point is open at international terminal for both arriving and departing flights now. Please check with your airlines for the latest information on the flights (or refer to our AIAL flight board). If your flight details have changed or you need assistance with your recent purchase please contact us at help@themall.co.nz

Shop tax and duty free from any on our participating off-airport stores throughout NZ, and you’re your purchase delivered to the Airport Collection Points in the international terminal.


Collection Points in the international terminal

Our Departures Collection Point is located next door to Partridge Jewellers in departures. This is the only pick up point for all duty and tax-free sales made through stores that are located outside of the Airport, such as Partridges, Michael Hill and T-Galleria (DFS) and for online orders made on The Mall International.

Parcels can be collected 60 minutes prior to your international flight.

Our Arrivals Collection Point is located in the baggage hall in arrivals. After clearing immigration proceed to the baggage hall and you will find the collection point just baggage carousel 2.

This is the pick up point for purchases made on The Mall International or made at T-Galleria (DFS) and Havana House.

What you need to know:

To collect your items from our Collection Points please ensure you have:
• valid photo identification (Passport, Drivers Licence)
• a copy of your collection authorisation or order confirmation
• allowed sufficient time to collect your parcel prior to your international flight

If your flight details have changed you will need to notify the retailer you purchased the items off in order to ensure your purchase is available at collection point when you need it to be.

Hours of Operation:

Arrivals Collection Point is open from 6am to 11pm NZST.

If you are arriving between 11pm and 6am NZST you may be collecting your items from our eLockers. Be sure to double check your confirmation email.

Collection Point in the domestic terminal

Pick up your purchase from The Mall Domestic at our Collection Point in the domestic terminal.

Our Collection Point in the domestic terminal is located between 3 Wise Men and Travelex before you pass through security in the domestic terminal.

This is the pick up point for all online purchases made on The Mall Domestic.

What you need to know:

To collect your items from our Collection Point please ensure you have:
valid photo identification (Drivers Licence)
a copy of your order confirmation
allowed sufficient time to collect your order prior to your domestic flight if you are travelling

If your flight details have changed you will need to notify our Contact Centre to ensure your order is available at collection point when you need it to be.

Your order will be ready to collect 60 minutes before your flight.
